History: When Auralye was young her house was broken into. To save her parents, and her own life Auralye committed a crime against her innocence. She killed another of her kind, and maimed another. Auralye was tried, and conflicted guilty of her crimes, her parents in no way defending her, it was an embarrassment to them what she had done, and keeping an unpure in their family would only taint their name. They gladly gave up Auralye, and she was stripped of her rights as a Sariani. She was offered the choice of all the unpure. Leave their homeland forever and never return, or become a paladin and defend their flying city as a warrior. Aura chose to fight, unable to leave her homeland and detach herself from her people, the only thing she knew. Auralye didn't mind being a Sariani paladin so much as she had thought, she got along with the others, and found she felt more free. The others of her kind shunned her, and it always weighed on her. Occasionally Auralye would be sent to the ground for certain tasks. During one of these mission she met Xyrus, and the rest of the Group. Though reading and learning was forbidden, she found she was learning so much more about the world with these people then she ever would with her own kind, and Xyrus always had more to teach her. Auralye now fights with the decision to leave her people, and be with her friends, or to keep what little honor she did have with her kind.
